At Morpunkhi, it’s our constant endeavour to make your shopping experience as flawless as possible while selecting and buying your favourite outfits.

If at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you could return and choose another product.

Below are all the details about our Cancellation and Return/Exchange policy.

Pre-Shipment Cancellations

Q: Can I cancel my order in case I change my mind after ordering?

A:  Yes, you can choose to cancel your order before the order is shipped by calling us on +91 8779661951

Q: Can I cancel my order after the product has been shipped.

A:  Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You can follow the return and exchange policy in order to select a different product.

Return & Exchange

We have a 7 days return and exchange policy, that gives you an option to return and exchange items purchased from www.morpunkhi.com within 7 days of receipt of the item.

We accept returns if the product is:

  • Damaged
  • There is a Size Mismatch
  • If you did not like the Product Design

After receiving the returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end. Once the returned product passes the checks at our end, you can:

1. Choose an alternate item as a replacement of equal value

2. Choose to get Store Credit to be used later for shopping on our website

If the picked-up product does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you.

 

Guidelines for a valid return and exchange:

Although we are quite flexible with our return policy, however we will not be able to accept the returns under the below conditions:

  • Used/washed or damaged outfits
  • Original packaging not provided and Tags not intact
  • Returns raised after 7 days of delivery
  • Outfits that were already exchanged once

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse and it passes our quality check.
